I can’t say enough good things about Windy and the incredible job she did helping me sell my house. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. This is by far the most awesome experience I’ve ever had with a realtor outside my family. I honestly thought that realtors have lost their drive to perform and really work hard for the individual or the person needing to sell. I grew up my whole life and after 64 years I have found that most realtors are just listing agents. Wendy and her team came in, took over this project and actually got my house to sell in the midst of a real hard time. Wendy is an outstanding realtor. Our dad passed recently and we had to sell his house. She had two full price offers within 3 days. She did an excellent job with comps and clearly was knowledgeable of the area. Her marketing of the house was nicely done and she was in constant contact keeping us updated on the status of the sale. She was also very quick to respond when we had questions. It was a difficult time for us emotionally as we were selling our childhood home and she was so kind and empathetic to what we were going though. We highly recommend Wendy. She was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
